Attendance: Romayne Naylor, (Vice-president) Jim Dunne (Secretary), Dave Eggler (Treasurer), True Fisher, Sally Houser, Colina Seeley
Minutes (10/28/11): Minutes approved.
Treasurer’s Report (Eggler, see below): The BHCA split of the proceeds of the Bellefonte Victorian Christmas Arts and Crafts Show was $2981. Dave said that we could do @ a $2000 grant to artists similar to the Local Government Grant from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts that was cancelled with the economic downturn. Colina recommended poetry reading sessions at Cool Beans. Julia Kasdorf is a prominent poet living in Bellefonte who may have some suggestions.

Fund Raising Letter - As of December 31 we had collected $1955
Mailing List - The mailing list is being updated using the online White Pages “Block Party” feature, and by following real estate transfers in the CDT.
Victorian Christmas Arts & Crafts Show - The BHCA split of the proceeds of the Bellefonte Victorian Christmas Arts and Crafts Sow was $2981.
Summer Sounds - First planning session in February.
Other Business - Colina suggested a BHCA introductory letter for neighborhood property owners association such as the Hampton Hills Association where she lives. Jim will compose a letter. He will also make a presentation at Hampton Hills Association’s next meeting.
Next Meeting - Friday, March 30, 7 PM, at the home of True Fisher, 229 N. Allegheny St., Bellefonte
