Present: Romayne Naylor, President, Joseph Griffin, Vice-President, Jim Dunne, Secretary; Dave Eggler, Treasurer, Melady Kehm, True Fisher, Nancy Perkins, Jeanne Newlin, Karen Arnold, Gay Dunne.  A quorum was in attendance as defined by the BHCA bylaws.

    Old House Fair (Joseph) - June 8,9, 2018. Bellefonte  Borough will support with a grant. BHCA was not selected for a 1772 grant.     

    Historic Preservation (Jeanne, Joseph) - Freight House -. Doors and ramps have been selected and plans will be submitted to Centre County Code. Jeanne complimented BHCA, Sally, Romayne and Phil
    for their work at Curtin Village.  Borough Council approved a contemporary metal roof in the Historic District, overruling a recommendation of HARB. Joseph suggested BHCA present to Council about
    color & roof concerns.

     Talleyrand Park (True) – Grant will be used for the pergola, brick walk along track to rr bridge, and mudsill for the west bank of Spring Creek.

     New Business – Albertin-Vernon won the bid for the Gamble Mill restoration.  Bellefonte Museum will not have the Heart-to- Heart matching grant this year. A website for the arts was suggested.

     Next BHCA Meeting - 7 PM Friday, January 12 at the Bellefonte Art Museum (confirmed).
