and Cultural Association

BHCA is a nonprofit, volunteer organization working to provide diverse cultural and arts programming to residents of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania and surrounding communities at no charge. BHCA also strives to increase awareness of the significance of Bellefonte's cultural heritage, as reflected in rich Victorian architecture, and of the value of its preservation.

    The annual BHCA membership dues for an individual or family are twenty dollars. For your $20, you get a subscription to The Bell, invitations to each of our monthly meetings, and invitations to two member socials each year.   • Support BHCA and help keep Bellefonte’s Arts, Music & History Alive

    BHCA works hard to make Bellefonte even more interesting. We sponsor contests with cash prizes, we hire musicians – classical and pop – who give free concerts indoors and outdoors, we pay poets and scholars to give lectures and readings, we publish The Bell, a high-quality quarterly journal. Most of our programs are free to the public.
